After a year of renovation and decoration, the Dalian Art Gallery is set to reopen to the public with an Impressionist print show, on March 6. The show has more than 120 Impressionist prints from the Italian Culture Center, and will run through March 31.
This is the first time for the Italian Center to put on an exhibition tour in China, according to Dalian Evening News. The art on display is from famous Impressionist painters, including Millet, Manet, Cezanne, Van Gogh, Degas, Bracquemond, Renoir, and Gauguin.
The Dalian Art Gallery had already held more than 200 exhibitions over the past 15 years, before the renovation work began, giving local people a good taste of art.
